- Cal vs. UW 2000
The California Golden Bears traveled to Seattle to do battle with the Washington Huskies yet again. And intrepid Cal fans journeyed to Seattle in support their team and to sample brews of the Northwest.
 Seafair 2000
The M/Y Viking once again tied up her stern to the logboom for Seafair 2000 - the logboom is the best spot on the lake to see the hydroplanes and the U.S. Navy Blue Angels performances.
- Opening Day '99
Clear skies but blustery winds (30-40 knot gusts) proved too much for the resilient but not unsinkable R/C Golden Bear. At 18" long she heeled-over multiple times until her main compartment was completely flooded and so went down in 10 feet of water...
- Football - Cal vs. UW '98
The California Golden Bears traveled to Seattle to do battle with the Washington Huskies sometime in November. No one seems to recall the exact day or the exact score, but a grand time was had by all.
- Seafair '98
Seafair '98 occured over the weekend of August 8th and 9th in Seattle's Lake Washington (as always). Photos taken during the cruise are presented in slideshow format.
- Cruise '97
Just past Four PM, Pacific Standard Time, the M/Y Viking eased into the
calm grey welcome of Puget Sound. Past the Hiram M. Chittendon Locks and
away from the shackles of the work-a-day world, the Viking and its crew of six have slipped effortlessly into the cliche of "island time"...
- Opening Day '97
The official start to boating season on Seattle's Lake Washington was accompanied by grey skies, but that did nothing to dampen the spirit of those on board watching the annual boat parade.
- Cruise '96
The voyage was unplanned as far as specific ports-of-call were concerned. We only knew that we were heading North towards Alaska. The San Juans Islands, Victoria Island, the Canadian coast, and the open Pacific were all in our grasp...
